The second Advancing Classified Excellence (ACE) Conference brought together over 350 staff with a focus on development, recognition, and change.
Speaker Jen Croneberger was praised by attendees and employees alike who were inspired to be introspective about making their goals a reality. Her in-depth session explored the concepts of character, communication, choice, courage, and confidence. There were 14 additional sessions on topics including diversity, wellness, leadership, finance, retirement, communication, and career-building for participants.
Post-conference feedback was largely positive.
“The conference was well-organized in regards to the planning stages all the way through to the actual event,” according to one of the attendees.
