On April 24, the Alexandria Campus proudly dedicated an auditorium in honor of Dr. Barbara Wyles who served as its provost from 1991 until her retirement in 2006. A colleague wrote this in remembrance of Dr. Wyles — “For me, the happiest memory is that of your grace toward all who came your way. You always had time for our concerns; you always had a smile and a word that made life so much better. You are one of the most gracious and beautiful ladies I have met in my life, and I will be eternally grateful for the positive influence you had on me and so many others.”
NOVA President Scott Ralls and Alexandria Provost Annette Haggray joined family members and colleagues Dr. Charles Errico and Dr. Jimmie McClellan in praising Barbara’s dedication to the College!
